When you accept our quote, we begin working on your project. We work with you through the project in all draft revisions. Once the project is finished and you're 100% satisfied, we launch your project live to the world.
Once we launch your project, we invoice you through our automatic billing system. You will be able to create an account and pay your invoice online.
All of our invoicing is digital as we are a paper-free company.

We offer payment plans for our customers. These are low interest payment plans and you can make as much of a payment as you wish at any time, without penalty. A payment plan MUST be approved prior to beginning any project.
25% of the quote balance is due up front prior to beginning to work on your project. This is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Your annual billing cycle begins when the project launches, NOT when the last payment is made.

We do not have any contracts at SKY6 MEDIA. Once you pay your balance, you're paid in full for 1 year. You may renew your services after each year, but you're not obligated to do so.
No, you do not.
You may use whoever you wish to as your web host. While we have some of the cheapest web hosting prices, we understand sometimes you want to have full administrative rights to your website such as FTP access or cPanel access.
If you wish to host your site elsewhere, after we develop the site just let us know. We can send you a .ZIP file of all of your website files as well as a .SQL file of your sites database.
HOWEVER...
We do not support any third party hosting what-so-ever. So if you do not host your website with us, we do not support your website in any way once you move it from our servers.
Absolutely!
When you use our services, we will give you the information to update the NS records through your registrar to point to our servers. Our technical support team will help guide you through this process.

If you know exactly what you want, let us know. Otherwise, we’ll gather business cards, brochures any sort of media you have to compile a website for you based on your business colors, business type and target audience.

We do not launch your project until you're 100% satisfied. You're also not billed until your project launches.
We work on your project on a sandbox server, and work with you throughout the draft revisions. If we cannot get it right, you do not pay us.
Once you are completely satisfied, we launch your project and then bill you.
Restrictions on refunds:
We do not offer refunds on domain registration services or hosting fees. Refunds are not valid on third party add-ons, plugins or software.
A 20% fee is added for a refund on merchandise.
