We do not launch your project until you’re 100% satisfied. You’re also not billed until your project launches.
We work on your project on a sandbox server, and work with you throughout the draft revisions. If we cannot get it right, you do not pay us.
Once you are completely satisfied, we launch your project and then bill you.
Restrictions on refunds:
We do not offer refunds on domain registration services or hosting fees. Refunds are not valid on third party add-ons, plugins or software.
A 20% fee is added for a refund on merchandise.
